What Ever Happened to Andre Ingram?
Andre Ingram, the Los Angeles Lakers' rookie sensation and the NBA's #1 story in 2018, had an unbelievable debut game, scoring 19 points. We all know what happened - a man who toiled for 10 years in the NBA D-League / G-League to make it to the big show.
But it's been six (not five, sorry) years since then. Where did he go? Overseas? Coaching? Or... still trying to secure a full time contract in the NBA?
Really, what happened to Andre Ingram?

Chris Paul recently signed a 4 year, $120 million dollar deal with the Suns... that's going to pay until he's 40 years of age. In this league, that shouldn't work, right? Just so you all don't know realize that rn Vanessa got almost 1 billion dollars left from Kobes life insurance while his elderly parents who created him and were there for him through his journey to the NBA aren't being given anything. Go figure

I never knew any of this... it's freaking Crazy that his Mom wanted to Auction off his stuff for more money for a Home in Nevada, Wow! It doesn't make any sense to me why things would be that way but I'm not in their Family & it's none of my business really, but it's interesting & SAD to see such an Amazing & Successful Athlete who seemed healthy & happy may not have been happy, which is Sad because that only carries over into his relationships with his kids, and that's SAD.

Seems to me like the kind of guy who’s persistent to a fault. Too stubborn for his own good. I’m South African. Here we all know that guy in the neighbourhood that’s wanted to be a musician or actor for far too long who goes year on year thinking he’s close before looking back and seeing 20 years have gone past him. In that 20 years he’s ignored that he could have given his family a better life, had more meaningful impact in his community, taken his children to better schools, saved up enough to better position them after, planned for a more comfortable retirement. You can’t keep saying “I could’ve been signed to that label, I could have acted on that commercial, I still get overs and see that as a justification”. Persistence & Progress are not the same thing…people die everyday, unintended consequences happen everyday, lives change everyday. At some point you have to stop banking on the future no matter how bright you elude it to be and do what’s in your best interests at the present.

It wasn't about race race . If a millionaire son tells you he's marrying a video vixen who skips school to be on music videos. What parent would be proud of that? It wasn't about race. Look at how many people with all her opportunities have done with them. She could be changing lives . She has all the money and aids at the house what is her excuse to just be Kobe's wife. I bet you Kobe's mother would've checked the weather for him.

Man this is so deep I needed this.! I been doing music since I was 18 and I’m 37 I just can’t stop. I tried stopping for a couple years but nothing felt right. I started vlogging, did photography, became a published author, videography, even an acting class. Nothing could fill that void of my passion to create music. Luckily everything I tried out came full circle as I’m able to make my own music videos and they are really good, acting has helped me become a better artist. One thing I never did in my career though is actually make a plan and stay consistent, I tend to give up when times get tough
